Dr. Daniel Saleh is an international and national multi-award winning Plastic and Aesthetic surgeon. He is the head of Plastic Surgery at Newcastle Hospitals and is part of nationally recognised teams delivering complex reconstructive services for the North of England and beyond.
He was awarded scholarships by the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) to spend time in Europe and the USA, refining his approach to facial and body aesthetics.
Specialised facial surgeries require a delicate hand and a precise understanding of the skin and facial features. Dr Saleh has extensive expertise in the field of rejuvenating asymmetries, and the effects of ageing in the head, neck and face, using both surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Dr Saleh has developed the hybrid deep plane lift for extensive facial rejuvenation and his blepharoplasty ‘plus’ procedures to do more than simply address lax skin around the eyes. As a specialist in his respective fields, many patients rely on him for revision surgeries. Dr Saleh successfully blends non-surgical and surgical treatments alongside colleagues to give patients the best outcomes, with minimal downtime.
He regularly contributes to the science of aesthetic surgery and has published his works in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal, primarily around safety in surgery around the eyes and in deep plane neck lifting.
